Death by –
Burpees
&
Deadlifts, 245/165

Post loads and reps completed to beyond the whiteboard.  With a continuously running clock perform: 1 Burpee and 1 Deadlift in the first minute, 2 Burpees and 2 Deadlifts in the second minute, 3 Burpees and 3 Deadlifts in the third minute.  When you can no longer complete the deadlifts within the minute, continue with just the burpees.
