Work Out of the Day


“Gravity Pump”

Tabata dumbbell shoulder press
1 minute rest
Tabata weighted jumping lunges
1 minute rest
Tabata ghd situps
1 minute rest
Tabata weighted walking lunges
1 minute rest
Tabata dumbbell push press

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for eight intervals.
Men use 35-lb. dumbbells and Women use 20-lb. dumbbells.

Post reps for each movement to beyond the whiteboard.
