Teammate 1 starts on the run, while teammate 2 does squats and burpees. Teammate 3 spots teammate 2 on squats and then waits for teammate 1 to come back and tag them. Once they get the tag, teammate 3 starts the squats, while teammate 1 spots, and teammate 2 takes off on the run. There is always two teammates working and one resting. Here is Sheena on 12.2.
