CrossFit Open Workout 14.2
Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:From 0:00-3:002 rounds of:10 overhead squats10 chest-to-bar pull-upsFrom 3:00-6:002 rounds of:12 overhead squats12 chest-to-bar pull-upsFrom 6:00-9:002 rounds of:14 overhead squats14 chest-to-bar pull-upsEtc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds. If you fail to complete the rounds within the allotted time, then continue on as an amrap for 18 minutes.

BasicsAs many rounds as possible in 21 minutes of:1 wallball, 20/14lbs2 burpees3 situpsIncrease wallballs by 1, burpees by 2, and situps by 3 reps each round. Post total rounds to beyond the whiteboard.
