In teams of 2, 5 rounds for time of:
2 rope climbs
200ft farmers carry, 106/70lb
40 wallballs, 20/14lb
200m medball run, 20/14lb (both)
20 deadlifts, 185/125lb

Post time to beyond the whiteboard.
