WOD – May 19, 2012

Join us today between 10am and 4pm for the Fitness For Feat Fundraiser!  Bring the whole family even if you don’t want to workout or you have never tried CrossFit.  There will be 2 fun wods for charity, Chipotle burritos, a bounce house, kids workouts, and hundreds of dollars in raffle and workout prizes!  You can register tomorrow if you haven’t already done so and everyone will get a shirt.  The workouts can be done by beginners and people of all ages.  If you just want to hang out and watch there is NO CHARGE!

Work Out of the Day“FEAT WOD”As many rounds as possible in 15min of:250m row15 lateral burpees10 thrusters, 95/65lbs150m run w/obstacles

or

“Team FEAT WOD”In teams of 2, as many rounds as possible in 15min of:250m row10 burpees15 kb swings, 53/35lbs150m run w/medball and obstaclesTeammate A  runs with the ball while teammate B starts with the row.  Teammate B proceeds to go on to burpees, kb swings, and back to row, until teammate A returns from run.  At that point they switch and continue on accumulating as many rounds as possible.
