WOD – May 31, 2019

Coach Sarah is in 1st place overall so far after 3 events at The Granite Games in Minnesota!  She placed 5th on the 7k trail run, 3rd on the 400m hill sprint, and 9th on the heavy clean ladder!  She has 2 workouts on Friday at 11:44am and 3:55pm.  To watch the action go to Floelite.com !

max rep bear complex, 135/95lb
rest 2 minutes

*Bear complex =  power clean +  front squat + shoulder to overhead + back squat + shoulder to overhead.  Post loads and time to beyond the whiteboard.
