3rd Place – JazminLost 1.6%bf, improved by a whole round on the kb burpee wod, lost 2 inches off her waist, gained 25lbs on her 3rm back squat, 15lbs on her clean n jerk, and lost 12lbs!!!
2nd Place – David GImproved by 2 full rounds on kb burpee wod, from 60 up to 84 reps on 13.4, from 32:15 to 27:32 on Badger, lost 16lbs, 3%bf, and 3 inches off his waist!!!
1st Place – Julie FImproved her clean n jerk by 10lbs, gained 21 reps on 13.4, Badger time went from 38:55 to 32:19, lost 15lbs, 3%bf, and 3 inches off her waist!!!
