10 synchronized burpees over the bar
50 deadlifts, 225/155lb
10 synchronized burpees over the bar
60 hang power cleans, 155/105lb
10 synchronized burpees over the bar
70 shoulder to overhead, 115/75lb
10 synchronized burpees over the bar
80 power snatch, 75/55lb
10 synchronized burpees over the bar
