“Run Up, Run Down”

On a running clock –

0-3min:

200m run for time

200m jog, then rest

3-7min:

400m run for time

200m jog, then rest

7-12min:

600m run for time

200m jog, then rest

12-18min:

800m run for time

200m jog, then rest

18-23min:

600m run for time

200m jog, then rest

23-27min:

400m run for time

200m jog, then rest

27-30min:

200m run for time

200m jog

Post slowest 200m, 400m, 600m, and 800m run times to beyond the whiteboard.
