WOD – November 20, 2013

Thanksgiving week schedule will be as follows:

Wednesday – normal except 630pm and 730pm classes cancelled

Thursday – CLOSED

Friday – 9am, 10am, 11am, 430pm, 530pm

Saturday – open gym 10am to 1pm

Sunday – open gym 10am to 1pm 

Work Out of the Day4 sets of 7 front squats + 13 back squatsthen,“Unload”For time:*21-*15*-9- reps of –burpeesbox jumps, 20″*100m sprint, 40/20lbs-100m sprint1 minute restEach round begins with weighted run and finishes with another run.  Post loads and times to beyond the whiteboard.

BasicsAs many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:3 burpees6 toes to bar9 wallballs, 20/14lbsPost rounds to beyond the whiteboard.
