2 Front Squat + 4 Back Squats

then,

“Don’t Drop It Like It’s Hot”

3 rounds for time of:
4 front squats, 155/105lb
4 push press, 155/105lb
8 back squats, 155/105lb
8 push jerk, 155/105lb
*25 double unders to start and finish workout
**25 double unders every time the bar is dropped

 Post loads and time to beyond the whiteboard.
