WOD – November 30, 2015

Congratulations to everyone that completed the 5 week nutrition challenge!  There were so many great results that it was very difficult to pick just 2 winners, so we picked 6.  We hope you all learned a lot over the last 5 weeks.  And remember that this is a lifestyle change that you can sustain and improve your quality of life as well as your fitness!The 3rd place guy was Jon T!  He lost 5lbs, an inch off his waist, and improved by 9 minutes on Kelly!  The 3rd place lady lost 8lbs, 4″, and gained 40lbs on the CF Total and improved on every workout.  Great Job Annette!The 2nd place male lost 11lbs, 2.5″, and 3%bf. He also got stronger on all his lifts and improved by 4.5 minutes on Jeremy.  2nd place goes to Nick F!  Amber G is our 2nd place female!  She lost an incredible 19lbs, 4″, and improved on every workout as well!  The overall male winner improved on every single metric we tested.  Lost 5lbs, 3%bf, and 5 inches off his waist!  He improved by 4 minutes on Jeremy, 6 minutes on Kelly, and 10 minutes on Angie!  He also gained 30lbs on his squat, deadlift, and also PRd his clean n jerk!  And the winning lady made unbelievable improvements in just 5 weeks.  She lost 5lbs, 4″, and an amazing 8%bf!  She also took 10 minutes of her Kelly time and 12 minutes of her angie time!  Jenny C is the overall female winner of the 2015 Fall Fit Challenge!

1 minute thrusters, 135/95lbs

1 minute chest to bar pullups

1 minute deadlifts, 135/95lbs

1 minute rest
