WOD – November 7, 2013

Congratulations to SCCF Trainer Kelly B!  She took 2nd place in the 56kg division at the International Powerlifting World Championship on Wednesday!  She totaled 663lbs on the deadlift, squat, and bench press!

Thursday morning and Friday all day are the last chances to re-do the Fit Challenge body fat measurements!  Just show up a few minutes before your workout to get it done!  

The wod and basic workout are the same today so feel free to come workout at any class time and bring a friend!

Tonight’s gymnastics class will be at 430pm!
