Work Out of the Day“ClockWork”As many rounds as possible in 24 minutes of:1 burpee2 wallballs, 20/14lbs 2 burpees 4 wallballs, 20/14lbs3…6…E4MOM run 200m with wallball, 20/14lbs.Then,100 pushups in as few sets as possible.Post rounds completed and pushup sets to beyond the whiteboard.  The workout starts with the 200m run.  After the run athletes begin amrap, increasing burpee reps by 1 and wallballs by 2 each round.  Every 4 minutes on the minute athletes must run again.  After the wod complete 100 pushups in as few sets as possible.[nggallery id=344]BasicsSame as WOD
