Work Out of the Day


Max Rep Ring Dips

then,

“Infinity Power” 

3 rounds for max reps in 3 minutes of:
25/20 calorie row (buy in)
3 box jumps, 24/20″
3 db power cleans, 100/70lb
3 ring dips
*continue to add 3 reps to each movement
**rest 3 minutes after each round
***athletes continue where they left off each round.  

Post reps completed to beyond the whiteboard.
