Work Out of the DayMax Set of Wallball “2-for-1s”, 20/14lbsthen,“Even Balls”10 rounds for time of:10 wallballs, 20/14lbs15 situps*100m runOn even rounds, athletes will run with the wallball.  On odd rounds they will run without it.  Post reps and time to beyond the whiteboard.
