5 rounds each for time of:

100m sled push, 145/100lb

rest as needed between rounds

then,

4 rounds each for time of:

400m run

rest as needed between rounds

then,

2 rounds each for time of:

1000m row

rest as needed between rounds

Post slowest round for each movement to beyond the whiteboard.
