WOD – October 30, 2017

Tuesday we have a limited schedule for Halloween!  Make sure and wear your costume for the WOD!  Workout times will be 5am, 6am, 930am, noon, and 430pm!

Work Out of the Day

3 rounds for max reps in 5 minutes of:

0-2min 400m run + max rep double unders

2-3min max rep burpee box jumps, 24/20″

3-4min max rep db hang squat cleans, 50/35lb

4-5min max calorie bike

5 minute rest

Post reps per round and total reps to beyond the whiteboard.
