Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3

then,

3 rounds for max reps in 3 minutes of:
20 plate jumps
10 deadlifts, 155/105lb
5 handstand pushups
rest 1 minute between rounds

Begin next round where you left off.  Post loads and reps to beyond the whiteboard.
