As many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
60/50 calorie bike
50 toes to bar
40 bar facing burpees
30 hang squat snatches, 115/75lb
20 bar muscle ups

then,

In 6 minutes – 

Find 1rm Snatch

Post reps and load to beyond the whiteboard.
