Work Out of the Day

20 minutes to find a max for the following complex:

4 deadlifts + 3 hang power cleans + 2 front squats + 1 hang squat clean

then,

“Hang 20”

In teams of 2,

as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

20 hang power cleans

20 burpees

20 front squats

20 burpee box jumps, 24/20″

20 hang squat cleans

*every time the bar is dropped the team must complete 10 box jumps

**weight starts at 135/95.  Each round the mens weight increases by 20lbs and the womens weight by 10lbs.

Post loads and rounds completed to beyond the whiteboard.
