400m run for time

then,

5 rounds for reps, in 3 minutes of:

400m run (buy in)

kb swings, 53/35lb

burpees

 

Rest 90 seconds between rounds.

reps increase each set as follows -5-10-15-20…

Post reps completed to beyond the whiteboard.
