Work Out of the Day


5 sets of – 2 front squats + 4 back squats

then,

“Hang Tough”

20-15-10-5 reps for time of:
wallballs, 20/14lb
*ring muscle ups or chest to bar pullups
db hang power snatch, 50/35lb

*5 ring muscle ups or chest to bar pullups each round

Post loads and time to beyond the whiteboard.
