then,

“Hang Over”

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
10 db hang clean & jerk, 50/35lb
10 box jump overs, 24/20″
10 db burpee, 50/35lb
10 toes to bar

Post loads and time to beyond the whiteboard.
