If you you have any female friends that are afraid to try CrossFit because they don’t want to get too big and bulky, show them the two videos below.  Also, if you have been in the metcon class for a long time, you might want to think about stepping it up and doing the CrossFit WODS, so you can reach your full potential.  We are definitely making Tens here at SinCity CrossFit!
