as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

20 deadlifts, 225/155lb

20 knees to elbows – squat hold, 20/14lb

30 wallballs, 20/14lb

30 cal row – deadlift hold, 225/155lb

40 situps

40 air squats – L sit hold
