Work Out of the Day2 minute max rep ghd situpsthen,In teams of 2, as many reps as possible in 20 minutes of:10 wallballs, 20/14lbs15 situps10 box jumps, 24/20″15 pushups*200m run, 20/14lbsPost total reps to beyond the whiteboard.  One athlete runs while the other works.   When they return from run they pick up where their partner left off while they run.  On the first 10 minutes the runs are with a medicine ball.  On the last 10 minutes they are without.  BasicsSame as above
