“Vacuum Chamber”

As many reps as possible in 15 minutes:
60/50 calorie row
50 wallballs, 20/14lb
40 toes to bar
30 front squats, 135/95lb
20 bar muscle ups

then, 

“Ab Finisher 2”

For time:
75 medicine ball situps, 14/10lb

 

Post reps completed to beyond the whiteboard.
