Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3

then,

2 rounds for max reps of:

minute 1 – 200m run

minute 2 – max rep db front rack walking lunges, 100/35lb

minute 3 – 200m run

minute 4 – max reps db front squats, 100/70lbs

Post loads and reps completed to beyond the whiteboard.
