6 rounds for max reps in 3 minutes of:

250/200m row

10 burpee box jumps, 24/20″

max rep thrusters

Rest 3 minutes

*thrusters weights go down each round as follows: 185/125lb. 155/105lb. 135/95lb. 115/75lb. 95/65lb. 75/55lb.

Post reps for each round and total reps to beyond the whiteboard.
