Workout of the Day

Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5


3 rounds for max reps in 3 minutes of:

2 sandbag cleans, 150/100lb

4 burpees

8 alternating jumping lunges

1 minute rest 

Post loads and total rounds completed to beyond the whiteboard.
