We have added a new yoga time on Wednesday morning at 9am!  The 3 yoga days are now Tuesday and Thursday 530pm and Wednesday 9am.

Work Out of the Day

Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1

Push Press 3-3-3-3-3

Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5

then,

For time:

200m sled push, 145/100lbs

200m run
