In teams of 2 for time:

400m sled push, 235/165lbs

300 double unders

2000m row

200 hip extensions

1 mile run

*Movements can be partitioned and completed in any order.  While one partner is working the other partner must be holding at the bottom of a squat or in a plank position.  Post time to beyond the whiteboard.
