This Saturday open gym will be from 9am to 11am.

Paddleboard WOD is 12pm to 3pm!

We will have a limited schedule on Monday the 7th for labor day as follows:  9am, 11am, 430pm, 530pm


Work Out of the Day

For time:

20 ring dips

20 thrusters, 95/65lbs

30 pullups

30 ball slams, 30/20lb

40 burpees (lateral over bar)

40 back squats, 95/65lbs

50 russian kb swings, 53/35lbs

50 jumping squats

Post time to beyond the whiteboard.
