Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3

then,

“Triple Body Shot”

3 rounds for max reps in 3 minutes of:
25 situps
20 single arm alternating db snatch, 50/35lb
15 toes to bar
max rep deadlifts, 225/155lb
3 minutes rest

Post loads and reps completed to beyond the whiteboard.
