In teams of 2, as many rounds as possible in 16 minutes of:
10 kb swings, 53/35lbs
5 burpees
10 kbs front squats, 106/70lbs
5 burpees
10 walking lunges, 53/35lb
5 burpees
*Out n back on paddleboard
-One partner works through amrap while the other goes out and back on paddleboard and then switfch. Any method of swimming with paddleboard is acceptable. Score is total rounds. Post score to beyond the whiteboard.
