WOD – September 6, 2014

Open gym is 9am to noon today!

Today at 10am is the SinCity Crossfit Whole Life Challenge Pre Game Potluck!

If you’re unsure if you want to do the WLC, have questions and need some answers, come down and we will fill you in on all the details.

If you are already signed up we can take your measurements starting at 10 am and you can workout after. Workout will run in heats so you can show up at anytime between 10am and noon. The early you get there the quicker you can get to the food!

If you can please bring a healthy Paleo dish to share and some copies of the recipe to share with your teammates.  But you don’t have to bring anything to come check it out.

 This is for everyone! SCCF (main) & SCCF South members, non-members, those that are registered, those not registered, EVERYBODY! Invite your friends and family. We will be offering a WLC Membership Special for non-members. Two months, 3 classes per week for $99! That is one heck of a deal! Also makes them eligible to win the challenge!

Make up a workout you missed this week 

or

“WLC WOD 1”

As many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

800m run

50 kb swings, 53/35lbs

100 situps

150 air squats

burpees

Reps may be split up in any way.  Post reps completed to beyond the whiteboard.
