Work Out of the Day

 

Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3

then,

“Fran”

21-15-9 reps for time of:

thrusters, 95/65lbs

pullups

or

“Hard Fran”

15-12-9 reps for time of:

thrusters, 115/75lbs

chest to bar pullups

Post loads and times to beyond the whiteboard.  If you have done Fran many times before, you may choose to do hard Fran.
