OUR classes


1 hour class that includes warm up, mobility, skill work and workout. Strength and conditioning that will improve every aspect of your fitness. Must have completed our onramp course.


This class is a bootcamp style class that is 45 minutes. It is designed to get you sweating and shredded using plyometrics, bodyweight movements, and light weights.

Open Gym

Open gym is available monday through friday from 8am to 830pm and 8am to 1pm on weekends. You can make up workouts you missed, or just lift, or work on any of your goals on your own.


Our teens class is for ages 12 to 17. This program is a great supplement to any sport. They will get Increased speed, improved strength, develop explosiveness, agility, coordination and gain confidence. This will also help with injury resistance and overall durability.


Our kids class is ages 6 to 11. It is 45min long and includes a fun warm up, movement practice, workout, and a fun game at the end. We teach kids how to move well and that fitness can be fun and rewarding.
