WOD – August 22, 2016

Thank you so much to all our awesome members that helped us move over 40,000lbs of equipment in just 3 days!  We have moved just 550m away and are now on 150 n gibson!  We feel so blessed to have such an awesome SCCF family that allowed us to move so quickly without even renting a single moving truck.  The new box is better in so many ways, and we are stoked to help all of you reach your fitness goals here in our new home!  

Work Out of the Day

“The Dragon”

5 rounds for max reps of:

1 minute lateral bar burpees

1 minute front squats, 135/95lb

1 minute handstand pushups

1 minute hang power cleans, 135/95lb

1 minute rest

Post reps completed for each round and total reps to beyond the whiteboard.
