As many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:

10 sumo deadlift high pulls, 75/55lb

10 box jumps, 24/20″

Rest 3 minutes, then

As many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:

10 overhead squats, 75/55lb

10 pullups

Rest 3 minutes, then

As many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:

5 sumo deadlift high pulls, 75/55lb

5 box jumps, 24/20″

5 overhead squats, 75/55lb

5 pullups

Post rounds completed for each amrap to beyond the whiteboard.
