Find 1 Rep Max Turkish Get UP

then,

4 rounds for max reps in 4 minutes of:

200m run (buy in)

5 burpees 

10 kb swings, 53/35lb

15 air squats

2 minutes rest

Post reps completed for each round to beyond the whiteboard.
