2400/2000m bike for time 

or 

800m run for time

Rest, then

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

40 hang power cleans, 165/110lb

50 wallballs, 20/24lb, 10/9ft

40/30 cal bike or 400m run

50 handstand pushups

Post time and reps completed to beyond the whiteboard.
