Work Out of the DayIn teams of 2, as many rounds as possible in 31 minutes of:5 toes to bar29 pushups/30 situps8 pistols2 power cleans, 185/125lbs*31 calorie row*One athlete must row 31 calories while their teammate works through the rounds. When the row is complete they can switch. Pushups are performed on odd rounds and situps on even rounds. Score is total rounds completed between the 2 athletes.
