Today is the 2nd day of Whole Life Challenge Pre WODS!  We will be doing body fat measurements and before pics all day on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday!

Work Out of the Day

As many reps as possible in 25 minutes of:

5 power cleans, 135/95lbs

5 lateral bar burpees

5 toes to bar

*200m run E5MOM

Post total reps to beyond the whiteboard.

Basics

As many reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

100m run

10 kb swings, 53/35lbs

10 overhead walking lunges, 20/14lbs

10 jumping pullups

Post total reps to beyond the whiteboard.
