Workout of the DayIn teams of two perform the following:One person performs max sit-ups in the amount of time it takes the other to complete a 1000m row.  Switch immediately after - the rower now does sit ups and vice versa.Rest 5minOne person performs max push-ups in the amount of time it takes the other to complete an 800m run.  Switch immediately after – the runner now does the push-ups and vice versa.Both time and reps will be accounted for in the scoring: (combined max reps for both movements)/(combined time, in minutes, for run and row)
