We are adding an 8pm class on tuesdays and thursdays starting this week!

What a great event yesterday at CrossFit Max Effort!  The CrossFit community in Las Vegas raised over $12,000 for baby Falynn at the SMA fundraiser!  Thanks to everyone who came out and donated.

then,
SCCF 5-1-09 WOD
For time:
10-8-6-4-2 squat cleans, 155/103lb
10-20-30-40-50 jumping pullups
 
Post weights and time to beyond the whiteboard.  Compare times to5-1-09
