Work Out of the Day“Buddy F*#ker”In teams of 2 for time:400m buddy prowler push100 team wallballs200m team log carry, 135/100lbs90 team deadlifts, 315/203lbs100m team tire flip70 buddy handstand pushups400m team run, 45/33lbsMovements may be done in any order. Teammates must push eachother on the prowlers switching places as needed. Wallballs are thrown over 8ft pullup bar. Teammate must catch the ball for rep to count. Log/slambag must be carried over the shoulders. Deadlifts are done with both teammates on bar inside of plates. Deadlifts must be lowered to the ground for reps to count. Teams may flip tires anyway possible. Teammates hold eachothers ankles on handstand pushups. Both teammates must be touching bar on the run.Â
