New Winter Schedule. Please check the link
***There will be workouts today at 12pm, 1pm, and 2pm.  Come help us collect toys for the underprivelaged kids in Vegas.  Bring a toy and come workout, even if you are new to CrossFit.  Or you can just come watch and hang out.  The US Marines, Kaizen CrossFit, and 104.3 NOW Las Vegas’ newest radio station will be here from 12-3pm.***

Work Out of the Day“Toys for Tots Team WOD”In teams of 2 for time:800m relay 1) 100 wallballs – 100 pullups2) 100 kb swings, 53/35lb – 100 box jumps, 24/20″3) 100 abmat situps – 100 burpees300′ overhead walking lunge, 45lb/25lbThe run is done 400m at a time with your partner.  At each station partners work together to accumulate 100 reps.  Teammates alternate movements until finished.  When the 1st movement is finished they must alternate to complete the 2nd one.  The lunges at the end are done simultaneously.
